Ultra Tommy 

3rd grade, Tommy Noy Louvon, from St. Petersburg, Florida is constantly inside the gym, honing skills such as an elite jump shot off the dribble or catch for the next level. He’s tough as nails with a tight ball-handle and isn’t off balanced when bumped attacking the rim.

Louvon, whose dad is a coach, has natural feel and IQ for basketball. He’s aggressive guarding the shooting, passing and driving lane.

The young learner attends St. Petersburg Christian School; he’s on the Principal’s List. His dream college is the University of North Carolina. Sky’s the limit meaning infinite upside.
