Nothing is pretty about 7th grade Californian, Mikeal Pink, an athletic six footer able to play all 5 positions on both ends of the floor.

Studious Mikeal stockpiles a 3.5 GPA at Lemon Grove Academy Middle School and was selected student of the first quarter.

Pink frequents afterschool round tables to complete schoolwork before his basketball practicing besides reading on car rides.

Mikeal plans to study sports medicine at SDSU to become a physical therapist.
