imageClass-of-2022, Daley Stein from Oregon is a solid performer under pressure. The seventh grader attends Rosemont Ridge Middle School in West Linn, Oregon.

Stein is a team player who always looks for the open man. However, he is aggressive and strategic when it comes to executing plays. He is a consistent lay up and midrange shooter, and he is a tenacious defender.

 

Stein’s dad is 6’5” and mom 5’6″; he is projected to be 6’7″ while already wearing a size 12 shoe.

After a DI college, Stein wants to play in the NBA and be an entrepreneur. Will he play professionally and own a business?

image Class of 2021, small forward, 6’3″, Jaddai Henry aka King Henry from Plano, Texas was called by Lone Star Prep scouts “the most versatile player in Texas.”

The eighth grader illustrated his overall ability when making seven three pointers in a single game, plus averaging 10 assists and matching rebounds.

The amazing Texan baller attends Renner Middle School in Texas where he is an A & B student.

Height runs in the youngster’s family. Henry’s 6’3″ Father and 5’10” Mother say their son might grow to 6’7″. Jaddai’s uncle is 6’6″.

Henry’s dream college for hoop and study is Duke University in North Carolina, and he wants to become a Medical Doctor.

imageClass of 2022, point guard, Mycah Lambert from California is a fierce competitor offensively and defensively.

The talented 7th grader is the epitome of a well rounded basketball player both academically and athletically.

Blessed with speed and quickness, Lambert can shoot, pass and aggressively attack the rim. His unselfishness, IQ and court awareness enables him to involve teammates.

Several of Lambert’s family members have experienced success in college sports and the NBA. So he knows hard work pays off. Will he uphold their legacy?

imageClass of 2023 Kaison McClung from Lander, Wyoming is a strong ball handler with excellent court vision and a variety of attacking moves.

The sixth grader makes lay ups with either hand and sets up teammates for quality shots. McClung has a consistent pull-up jumper, also he is quick and agile with excellent stamina.

Track star McClung, who runs a 6:34.50 mile, attends Lander Middle School where he holds a 4.0 G.P.A.

In high school McClung wants to be a 4 time All State selection, and his dream colleges are Gonzaga and North Carolina.

imageClass of 2026, Marsaan Cheatham from Virginia is a powerful rebounding machine that dominates the post.

Cheatham is a defensive leader and rim stopper. Competing on Team Loaded, he plays all five positions.

The straight-A student attends St. Andrews Elementary School where he is on honor roll.

Third grade Cheatham is ambitious to earn a free college scholarship to Kentucky, Georgetown or UVA.

This kid does all the dirty basketball work for his Team Loaded squad. He sets picks, takes charges and dives for loose balls.

Second grade Arline attends Hopkins Elementary School in Virginia where he is an accomplished student athlete.

Shorty’s dream colleges are Duke, UNC, or UVA?

imageClass of 2026, combo-guard, Desmond Bolton from Virginia has a high IQ to spread the floor by directing teammates in congested traffic. His Team Loaded AAU coach says, “he is a proven winner that leads by example.”

He also handles the ball good in halfcourt and transition as well as moves without it. He cuts hard to create space between him and defenders before catching a pass.

The outstanding third grader attends Albert Smith Elementary School where he is a straight A student. Kentucky or UVA are two schools he hope offers in the future.

imageClass of 2026, point guard, Jayden Nichols from Virginia is a slick and smooth ball handler who plays big for his size. He always gives maximum effort in games and practices.

The strong third-grade floor general penetrates the rim for either a draw and dish, kick out; floater, lay up or play reset.

Jacobs Elementary School in Virginia is Nicolos’ playground for achieving classroom excellence. Georgetown, Syracuse and Kansas are colleges he desires to choose from down the road.

imageClass of 2023, combo guard, Layden Blocker from Little Rock, Arkansas has a progressive all-around game. He also has ability to create plays off the bounce. He even dribbles effectively with both hands for a balanced attack.

Moreover, his sports motto is “chase the grind, not the shine”.

As an honor roll student at Little Rock Christian Academy, Blocker realizes developing education and leadership is first priority.

“He understands basketball is a privilege earned only if academic expectations are met,” said 6-3 Mr. Blocker of his talented young boy.

Sixth grade Blocker’s dream colleges are the University of Arkansas and Kentucky. He will play NCAA basketball whether mid or high major level.

imageClass of 2026, Kaydin Williams – Benford from Illinois will play against anyone — including grown men. He has good court vision and decision making skills.

Third grade Kaydin is an elite ball handler and college-range three point shooter. He is coachable and understands hoop terminology on every aspect of the game.

Young Kaydin attends Thomas Jefferson Elementary school in Plainfield, IL. He is a straight-A student heading for honor roll.

The University of Kentucky, Tennessee and Connecticut are Kaydin’s dream schools. Will he be a Division I student athlete in the NCAA?

imageClass of 2021, 5’10”, Imo Essien of Texas is a superior point guard who prides himself as one of the best on ball defenders. He has the talent allowing him to guard multiple positions.

He’s also one of the best baller handlers in the state. With a combination of skills and athletic ability, he should be locally and nationally ranked.

Natural born leader, Essien attends McMillan Middle school in Wylie, Texas and is a straight A student.

As a dual-athlete, Essien enjoys playing football and accepts the challenge of shadowing and covering the opposing teams best wide receiver. Essien might be highly recruited in two sports soon.

Coney Island in Brooklyn, NY is a feisty point-guard who loves to score, but also enjoys dishing the ball and getting his teammates involved. He’s relentless on defense and accepts the challenge to defend opposing teams’ best players.

Sainsbury attends P.S. 200 in Brooklyn, where he is a 3rd grade Honor Roll student.

As a kid, Ethan enjoys playing NBA2k17 and watching basketball highlights on YouTube with his younger brother Aiden.

Georgetown and Seton Hall are Sainsbury’s dream schools, and besides making it to the NBA, he wants to become a music producer.

The talented youngster is a very aggressive player who desires to better himself as well as teammates.  His passion for the game allows him to compete each time he steps on the court.

His dream college is Duke University, and if a professional basketball career doesn’t work out, he wants to be a college coach.

imageClass-of-2025, Messiah Miller aka God’s Gift from Texas attends Meadowbrook Elementary in Fort Worth. He is an A grade Honor Roll student.

With killer instinct, Miller poses a problem for opposers on court. He can score effortlessly from NBA 3 point especially when his shot is hot.

The talented 4th grader is a remarkable ball handler, catch and shooter and passer using athleticism to maneuver.

Lastly, Miller is an above average defender and eager rebounder. He will be a successful basketball player.

The 2nd Annual MSE Texas Camp took place Octobee 29, 2016 at The Gym in Humble, Texas — Houston. Campers from 3rd through 8th grade and spectators packed the arena.

During the introduction/motivation segment – we advised campers to limit their dribbling, and play north to south, not west to east.

We also stressed the importance of early NCAA academic awareness and preparedness, and explained the G.P.A score does not rollover from middle school; it starts in the 9th grade.

For parents, we recommended they create relationships with coaches, scouts and college recruiters instead of solely focusing on their own child’s play.

Here are several top performers whose character, skills and maturity shined bright at the MSE Texas Camp.

talented shooting guard arrived late to camp, but left MVP. He’s fundamentally sound and good enough to compete on his future high school varsity team as a freshman.

8th grade Demari Williams Texas – The strong wingman runs the fast break like a point guard. He’s a competent ball handler and scorer in transition. He’s a phenom in the making.

8th Grade Imo Essien Texas – He is a tough, wiry, flashy athlete who easily beats his man off the dribble. He scored at will from everywhere on the court. He’ll make his high school coach very happy.

8th grade Naquan Moffett Texas –  Chiseled body, Moffett aggressively attacked the center to score or distribute. He’s a pure shooter but just as good a distributor.

8th grade Lamondo Cargile Texas – The elite star is better than he thinks. He intimidated opponents with constant, relentless drives to the basket. He has a chance to make it big time.

8th grade Terrance Gardner Texas – He drained wide open trey shots with ease even from the corner. He moved without the ball to create shots for teammates.

7th grade Dylan Glover Texas – Big country won MVP because he dominated on both ends of the floor. He either launched a three or stormed in the lane for buckets. He’s virtually unstoppable.

7th grade Jaidan Scott Texas – It was a joy watching him play a fast pace game. He played at game speed in drills as well. He’s naturally gifted with upside.

7th grade Jaleen Goodman – The shifty point guard put on a spectacular show. He made no-look laser passes to cutters. He blew by defenders when they reached.

7th grade Ke’Mauri Millender Texas – He split double teams with a pull back dribble. He absorbed body contact and drew defenders to dish the ball or score.

7th grade Jaylon Jackson Texas – In half-court, he exploited mismatches with a lob or step around pass. He dribbled under pressure with his head up on fast breaks.

7th grade Ziyan Ali Texas – He was one of the most focused players at camp. He courageously finished shots through hard fouls. He’ll be much improved at the next MSE showdown.

7th grade Olaoluwa Akinrelere Texas – He’s a bulldozer when attacking the rim. He crashed defensive boards and executed the secondary break. Weaker opponents had no answer for him.

6th grade Finley Bizjack Texas – Believing his thumb broke from colliding into a player and thought of losing a battle, he used his willpower to become MVP. He’s physically and mentally conditioned.

6th grade Owen Berry Texas – The agile big played up against 7th & 8th graders. Later, he joined his age group and punished smaller players. We hope to evaluate him at the next MSE Texas Camp.

6th grade Austin Pickett Texas – He entered camp ranked No. 7 on MSE and left top 5, after demonstrating elite potential. He’s eager for the inbound pass to initiate plays. His handle made Bizjack stumble.

6th grade Brycen Matthews Texas – He has a devastating crossover and pull up jumper. He planted his shoulder in the defender’s chest to control space. He’s an exceptional defensive challenger.

6th grade Elija Haynes Texas – He played energetic and athletic; has a variety of go to moves. The crafty hooper stretched the defense with deep three pointers.

6th grade Cayden Sato Texas –  He’s an alert, mobile big man with soft finger tips to make easy put back shots. He rebounded and blocked shots. We look forward to seeing his progress next year.

5th grade Bryce Smith Texas – He won a decisive 1 on 1 game to earn MVP honors. But not before battling different players 5 on 5. He’s a tough national contender.

5th grade J’Narri Franklin Texas – He useds speed and change of direction to dictate the game’s tempo. He has skills, IQ and court presence. Curious about he he will develop in middle school.

5th grade Gregory Jackson Texas – The point guard displayed superb ball handling skills. When double teamed, he passed to the open man. He’s a true champion.

4th grade Malik Rideout Texas – The feisty guard penetrated lanes with straight drives and head fakes. He’s humble and coachable, plus a fast leaner. No wonder he was MVP.

3rd grade Tylan Hall Texas – Hall gave the game his all, thus was crowned MVP. He plays as if he has basketball genetics, and he’s not afraid to step-back dribble and release a jimmy.

2nd grade Tyson Forrest Texas – As the youngest player at camp, he played up a few grades. He’s a deceptive ball handler with the shooters touch. His camp experience will take him far.

In drills, Jackson emphasized skills to impress scouts. His jumper has arch and back spin. He’s a good scorer and decision maker in half court and transition. If his head stays in the game, he can make it.

The 2nd Annual MSE Virginia Camp unfolded at The N Zone in Chantilly, Virginia on November 5, 2016. Campers from Maryland, Virgina, Georgia, New Jersey and North Carolina gathered to receive early intense training and instant exposure.

Parents were urged to create relationships with scouts, coaches and recruiters, and players learned that thier G.P.A didn’t technically start until high school for NCAA qualifying.

Here’s a look at some standout players at the MSE Virginia Camp.

Ihsan Duncan (VA) is blessed to win MVP in a talent filled group. The 5-11 combo guard is a natural athlete that pushed himself. Dunking is his next step.

Wisler Sanon (NJ) is a long, versatile player who dominated smaller contenders in the post. He did drop steps and up and under moves. He handles the ball like a point guard.

Justin Bell (NC) has scoring skills and NBA persona. He’s as quick with the ball in his hand than without it. He has future potential.

DJ Pritchett (VA) picked apart defenses with precision. He cradled the ball to finish layups. He yelled “Ball, Ball” on defense.

Ryan Hite (VA) fought hard to make steals or recover loose balls. He penetrated gaps east to west. He’s a solid point guard.

Justin Taylor (VA) played with flair for greatness. He anticipated passes in the lane on defense, and saw plays before they happened.

Jalen lowery (NC) is an athletic guard who hung in the air to finish lay ups. He attacked ball handlers instead of staying on his heels.

Isiah Edmundson (MD) attended the MSE NYC Camp last year. He pinned shots to the backboard and pickpocket ball handlers. He’s on the rise.

Logan Barbour (VA) has nice size and skill set, and he played with poise and control. His moves are precise and calculated. Keep an eye on him.

Yamere Diggs (NJ) who won MVP is a crafty and physical playmaker. He has a plethora of moves at his disposal.

Isaac Rivera (VA) has good feel and mobility for a big guard. He stole the ball to compensate for turnovers, and he muscled his way to the basket for buckets.

Cayjoun Crenshaw (VA) is a sturdy ball handler with plenty energy. He juke defenders and lowered his head to attack the rim.

Casian Richard (NC) won MVP because of his attitude, character, and focus in drills and games. He has awareness on and off the court.

Elijah Childress (VA) ran the fast break every possession. He has a nice built and strong ball handle. He thread the baseline for reverse lay ups or dish to cutter.

Daquan Davis (MD) inbounded the ball with vengeance. He dusted off opponents with ball fakes, and avoided trap areas.

Sebastian Akins (VA) used a stutter-step to freeze defenders. He moved without the ball to create space for teammates. On defends he played help side with jab steps in the lane.

Carlos Abarca (VA) improved greatly since last year’s MSE VA Camp. Hopefully he’s just as prepared for the next MSE event. He’s dertemined to improve, compete and win.

Chance Mallory (VA) earned MVP after non-stop back and forth battling. He has a deceptive ball handle and rim drive. He’s not afraid to take his man to the hole.

Amaree Davis (VA) played bigger than his stature; he’s gritty with heart. He hustled and demonstrated elite skills.

Clark Mastin (GA) represented Georgia, proving to be a top player in the state and country. He’s an exceptional point guard with a knack for scoring.

Damani Day (NC) is a top 5 player in the country that impressed MSE during check in. He has the total package but more important untouchable character.

Rodney Scott (MD) dribbled in-and-out, behind the back and spin moved on defenders. He dished the ball down low or kicked it out as defenders collapsed.

Michael Bolton (VA) backed up his already huge name with showmanship. He used strength and speed dribbles on fast breaks. He’s a feisty guard who dictated the game’s tempo.

Dante Mayo Jr. (MD) has a high basketba IQ and smooth game. He used a quick release jumper off the dribble to score. His play level elevated throughout camp.

2024 Mason Pulliam (VA)

Mason Pulliam (VA) outplayed competitors with his threatening size. He Euro stepped and finger rolled. He has defensive court presence.

3rd – 4th Grade Top Performers 

Donovan Petidos (VA) showboated for the crowd as the MVP. He distributed the ball and scored when needed. He followed up missed shots and got back on defense.

Jaden Faircloth (VA) has a tight dribble with fast reflexes. He played spectacular as a newly ranked MSE player.

3rd grade Anthony Smith (VA) is one of the best young players in the nation. He performed outstanding under pressure.  He’s top PG in our book.

2nd grade Bradyn Arline (VA) quickly moved his feet to turn players from the scoring lane. He passed the ball and cut to get open on offense. He has a bright future if he keeps up the good work.
